A show about the US Constitution from the perspective of an active duty military officer. This show will shine light on current political discourse through the lens of the Constitution. We'll explore what rights we all have and how to defend those rights. And we'll go back and explore the philosophy of the founders and how it still applies today.

The most boring constitutional topic has practically become click bait in the wake of President Trump's appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Today’s episode is about the Judicial branch and the very different role it plays today from what the founders intended. We'll cover judicial review, judicial legitimacy, judicial activism, the long list of judicial overreaches and terrible decisions, and what we can do about all of this.
